TERMS OF TRADE
1 Introduction
www.weshopandship.com is operated by HLN Engineering & Trading Limited (we, us and our). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 10614012.
The terms contained in this document apply to all transactions for the purchase of services.
Upon placement of an order you agree to accept all standard terms and conditions.
Please read these Terms of Trade carefully before placing your order, by placing your order you agree to be bound by these Terms of Trade, which form a legal agreement between you and us and can only be amended with our written consent.
Your use of the site is also subject to our Terms of Use. You must also read our Privacy Policy.
In order to use the services, you must place an order by following the instructions on the site.
2 Services
We offer the following services:
Parcel forwarding service.
Whenever you arrange for goods to be sent to your home country address, we will forward those goods to your delivery address. You may arrange for goods to be sent to your home country address in the following ways:

By placing an order directly with a retailer, specifying our shipping address as the delivery address for the goods; or

By way of the personal shopper service, which will be described later.
Whenever we receive goods at our address, we will contact you to complete the shipping of the goods to your home country address. We will complete the shipping according to the delivery service you have selected.
Personal Shopper Service
We will not charge any fee for using the personal shopper service. You must pay the full price of the goods before we can place any order with the retailer. After we have received the goods at our address, we will contact you to arrange the forwarding of the goods to your home country address.
Other Services
We offer a range of other supplementary services such as combine and repack, free of charge, but we charge a fee for returns to the retailer. Details of these services and the fees we charge for them can be found on the site.
We are only able to provide the services where your delivery address is located outside the UK.
As a customer, you will be responsible for all goods sent to our address.
3 Personal Shopper Service
The personal shopper service is free on the site.
When placing a request for the personal shopper service you must provide us with the following product information so that we may process your order:

brand;

manufacturer;
-
model number;
-
size;
-
colour;
-
type;
-
quantity;
-
shipping cost to our address;
-
price; and
-
a URL link to the item on the website of your nominated Supplier.
We may refuse to accept any request placed by you for the personal shopper service in our absolute discretion, where the goods do not comply with the requirements set out in these Terms of Trade).
When placing a request for us to provide the personal shopper service, you are responsible for the placed order on your behalf, and you agree that we may obtain identical goods from an alternative retailer to your nominated retailer.
We must receive the full price payable for the goods before we can accept your order.
4 Personal Shopper Refunds
If the goods cannot be supplied by the retailer and it is not possible to find an alternative retailer at the same or lower price we will inform you and make arrangements to refund any sums paid to us by you in respect of the cost of the goods via the same payment method you used to pay us net of any transactions costs (for example costs in making an international bank transfer).
If the goods are delivered damaged at our address or, using reasonable efforts, it is apparent without opening the packaging that the goods are not as described or specified in the order made with the retailer, we will contact you for further instructions. If the retailer will accept a return and you instruct us to return the goods and seek a refund we will on your behalf, attempt to return the goods and obtain a refund in accordance with the retailer's terms. We will refund to you whatever sum is recovered from the retailer net of any costs incurred (such as return shipping costs, retailer restocking fees, or transaction costs) and endeavour to do so within 7 days of receiving it ourselves.
If after you have received the goods, you wish to return them because they are faulty or not as described or specified in the order made with the retailer and you request us to do so we will use reasonable efforts to obtain agreement from the retailer to accept a return. If the retailer agrees to accept a return you will arrange to ship the goods back to us at your expense. We will refund to you whatever sum is recovered from the retailer net of any costs incurred (such as return shipping costs within the UK, retailer restocking fees, or transaction costs) and endeavour to do so within 7 days of receiving it ourselves. You agree that if we are unable, using reasonable efforts, to obtain a refund from the retailer we will have no liability to you whatsoever.
Following receipt of your payment for the goods and shipping services cost, we will place an order for the goods as soon as reasonably practicable.
5 Restrictions on your use of the Services
You must not arrange for any goods to be sent to us, or place an order for any goods with us, where the goods:

May be hazardous or dangerous

Are not permitted for carriage by air
-
Cannot lawfully be delivered to the jurisdiction in which the Delivery Address is located; or are listed prohibited goods.

Are fake products and imitation of original goods.

If you are unsure if any goods are prohibited goods or restricted goods, please contact us before placing your order.
If prohibited goods or restricted goods are sent to us:

We will deal with them as we see fit which may include disposal (and will charge you for any costs and expenses we incur), and you will indemnify us and keep us and our employees, sub-contractors and agents indemnified against any and all resulting losses, damage and/or injuries.
6 International deliveries
You authorise us and our shippers to complete any necessary documentation for the purpose of customs clearance (where we are legally requested/permitted to do so).
Goods you require us to send through the services may be subject to taxes and import duties. You will be responsible for these in your own country. We have no authority over third party charges and cannot give advice about them, only your local customs office will be able to assist you.
You will be considered as both the exporter and importer of any goods that you request us to send to you through our services and it is your liability to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are to be shipped. All goods may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
7 Delivery and Storage
We will do all our best that all goods received on your behalf at our address are redirected to your home country address as soon as all the purchases received and packed and after receiving your instructions. Goods will normally be dispatched the next business day. Delivery times for the vary according to your delivery address and the selected shipping service, and the time spent in customs which is outside our control.
We may require to examine the goods received from third parties, other than purchases ordered directly by the service provide, which could comprise opening packages where required. If this is done, we will re-package the goods so they are packaged to a similar standard to when we received them. Although we will use reasonable actions to avoid doing so, you acknowledge that as part of this inspection we may have to break the seals on some goods. We do not accept any responsibility for any damage caused to your goods, unless it is due to our negligence.
We will stock received goods at our address for up to 60 days without charge whilst we await your instructions to ship, after then a storage fee, based on the volume of your goods, will apply.
You must agree that goods are considered abandoned goods when:

Goods that have been stored for more than 60 days without and forwarding instructions.

Goods in relation to committed or attempted to commit frauds.
8 Prices and payment
All services cost and fee must be paid in advance.
9 Complaints and Disputes
If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us by email or telephone and we will seek to resolve any problem fairly. We will do our best to resolve matters to your satisfaction.
We operate a policy of zero tolerance for abusive or threatening behaviour towards our employees, associates and customers.
