- The shipping company declares the shipping period according to its usual schedules, but under the current circumstances, the period may be prolonged in an unestimable way.

 Terms and conditions of return and exchange:

 - Goods can be returned/exchanged for all countries of the world, the customer can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery for any reason.

 The product must be unused and in its original condition.

 It must be returned in the same original box with all equipment in its original condition.

 - Please contact the customer service department before returning the product to issue a return authorization.

 - If the customer wishes to return the goods before use, the value of shipping to the customer’s address and from the customer’s address is deducted from the price of the machine.  The remaining amount is refunded after receiving the machine and making sure that it is not used, provided that it is in its original box with all its equipment and parts, and any shortage or breakage in any part means that the machine is not refundable and price refundable.

 Warranty Policy:
 The warranty includes all products for a period of one year from the date of receipt, except for consumable parts.

 The warranty is provided by providing the parts at the company's expense and installation at the buyer's expense

 - Malfunctions: The malfunctions covered by the warranty are factory malfunctions that appeared despite the installation, operation and correct use of the product, and any other malfunctions will be dealt with by the maintenance department as detailed in the instruction book by the manufacturer.

 Communication: If you need any maintenance during the warranty period, do not hesitate to contact us.

 - Warranty is voided in case the machine is maintained by the customer or by a party not approved by the manufacturer.

 Maintenance: If a manufacturer defect appears during the warranty period, maintenance will be carried out and any spare parts will be replaced as mentioned above.

 - Buyer's responsibility: The product serial number must be preserved from loss, damage or removal;  As it is the original reference to the warranty, and in the absence of it, we have the right to refuse the warranty.

 The company is not responsible for malfunctions resulting from misuse, breakage and loss of parts of the machine.

 - Please read the instructions booklet and the manufacturer's instructions carefully before use, the company is not responsible for malfunctions resulting from not following the manufacturer's instructions when using the machine.
